These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of vertineer. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate registration information and may not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

2. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account, password, and activity. Do not share, sell, or transfer accounts. Notify Support if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

3. Community conduct

Do not harass others, use hateful or sexually explicit language, impersonate people or staff, publish private information, spam, scam, exploit vulnerabilities, evade moderation, or upload unlawful or malicious material.

4. User content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant vertineer a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You must have the rights required to upload anything you submit.

5. Virtual items and currency

Virtual currency, memberships, badges, and items are licensed features of the service. They do not represent real money or property and may not be sold outside approved systems. Availability and balances may be corrected when affected by fraud, bugs, refunds, or administrative errors.

6. Moderation

We may remove content and warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts to protect users, enforce these terms, or comply with law. Automated filters assist moderation but do not replace staff review.

7. Service availability

vertineer is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, experience interruptions, or be retired. We do not guarantee that user content or virtual data will always remain available.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions concerning content licenses, liability, disputes, and enforcement survive account closure where applicable.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account contact information. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
