Safety and reports

Use the report option on the relevant user, post, game, or item whenever possible so moderators receive the correct context.

Purchases and currency

Include the transaction date, amount, and payment reference. Do not submit full card numbers or other sensitive payment information.

Technical problems

Describe what happened, what you expected, the page involved, and your browser or device. Screenshots are helpful when they contain no private information.
